24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our technicians we request a 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged 50% for the service. Time is very important and late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

PAYMENT

For your convenience, we accept all major credit card, debit card and Chase Quick pay for all services and products. Gratuities can be added to credit cards and debit transactions. There is no cash on the premises.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for any product or service and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

PRODUCT POLICY

Clients have 30 days to return any un-opened product and must have a receipt. All refunds will be in the form of store credit.

COLOR GUARANTEE

Color is guaranteed for 30 days only if the client purchases and uses the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon to maintain the longevity of the color.

SERVICE

All special offers\discounts must be mentioned at time of appointment booking. All services need to be reserved with a major credit card. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service in order to change clothes and relax. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
